Behind The Scenes Of "Cecilia"
A behind the scenes look at the 5 minute short horror film "Cecilia."
Well, Cecilia is a $463 movie. Amanda Holland, our sound mixer, used the rode mic, shock guard and boom pole, all connected to a Zoom H4N recorder. Camera was manned by our own director, Ryan Shovey, and he wielded that Canon 5D Mark III with acumen and a 24-70mm zoom lens. Our gaffer, Gary Landry, Jr. provided most of the gear, including a Manfrotto tripod, dolly track, jib and matte box. The BTS mastermind, Brittany V Gates, shot with a Canon 60D. The film was lit with LEDs and all post work completed with Adobe Creative Cloud. This summary was written by BTS editor, writer and producer, the singularly eccentric Nicole Bird. She typed on a computer. It's an iMac and it's really nice. If she were more of hipster, she would own a typewriter.
